Easy Spice Mix; Everyone should CHAI it!

Nothing beets a good ol' fashion food pun. I love them a latte. Speaking of lattes, here is a wonderful recipe for a Chai Spice mix that can be used in lattes, oatmeal, smoothies, desserts, and so much more! Lettuce begin.

Why make your own spice mix? You could buy one already made, but making your own is much cheaper and you also get to control exactly what goes in it! No creepy additives or wacky preservatives.

What makes this Chai Spice mix special? For starters, these spices are some of the top most anti-inflammatory, antioxidant rich foods on earth! Just a pinch can significantly boost the nutrition of a meal (often just a little bit contains more antioxidants than a person eating the Standard American Diet gets all day, sometimes all week)! Second, it is really difficult to find a mix on the market with Ceylon Cinnamon. Check out this video to see why this cinnamon is a much healthier choice.

While chai tea is great, steeping the spices and then throwing them away isn't as healthy as physically consuming them. That would be like boiling kale, straining it, and only drinking the water it was cooked in! This is why using this mix is an easy, healthier alternative to steeping chai tea bags.

The Chai is the limit with these spices!
